About - Don VHP has been under the saddle of Harrie Smolders since 2015. Together the pair have achieved many international top performances at the highest level. In 2017 Don VHP was awarded 'Horse of the Year' following phenomenal season where he was the Nations Cup Final in Barcelona, Silver medal at the European Championships in Gothenburg, 2nd place in the Global Champions Tour in Rome, 2nd in the  Nations Cup at Hickstead and 3rd place in the Global Champions Tour in Paris. The following years the pair have continued their victorious streak in many Global Champions Tours and Nations Cup. 

Sire -  Diamant de Semilly topped the WBFSH Sire Rankings for the second time in 2016, having been inside the top ten since 2012. During his career, he was French national champion and WEG team gold medallist in 2002, and European team silver medallist in 2003. His offspring include Quickly Du Kreisker (FEI World Number One 2015), Don VHP Z (winner of the Rome GCT), Utamaro D’Ecaussines (member of British Nations Cup squad), Hello Guv'nor (winner Aachen 2016), and Helidor Hybris, who jumped national grand prix as a 7-year-old. Diamant de Semilly is known for his outstanding power, suppleness and balance.

 Damline - Sara van Het Parelshof has produced several offspring competing at international level.  Next to Don VHP she is dam to two other approved stallions. Dam sire Voltaire did not only perform successfully himself but is also known for his more than 100 offspring internationally competing in show jumping and nine of his offspring even competing in Grand Prix de Dressage. Grand-dam sire Ramiro Z does not need an introduction. He was one of the most popular stallions over the last century. 

Progeny - Don VHP has eight approved sons and numerous offspring that compete internationally at 1.40m and higher.
